Prezentam cazul unei femei de 74 ani din mediul rural, diagnosticata cu boala Paget, extinsa la nivelul toracelui anterior.

Cu exceptia fetei posterioare, toracele in cvasitotalitate este sediul unui placard infiltrat si ulcerat, acoperit de cruste hematice, manifestari care evolueaza de 2 ani. Examenul histopatologic al fragmentului biopsiat arata prezenta celulelor Paget cu infiltrarea dermului.

The case of a peasant woman aged 74 years diagnosed with Paget's disease and who developed lesions over the anterior thorax is presented.

Except for the posterior aspect, the entire thorax was the site of a large infiltrated and ulcerated plaque convered by hematic crusts, manifestations present for 2 years.

The histopathological examination of the biopsy specimen revealed that Paget cells invaded the derma.
