Boala Hodgkin este interesanta pentru dermatolog atat pentru leziunile cutanate de dbut cat si pentru manifestarile diverse pe care le poate imbraca in stadiile avansate.

Prezentam cazul unui bolnav cu boala Hodgkin - stadiul IVBb, diagnosticat astfel in anul 1991, dupa ezitari de aproape doi ani, timp in care a fost tratat inclusiv cu Colchicina pentru placi cutanate pruriruginoase variabile cu evolutie episodica.

De la diagnostic pana in iulie 1999 a urmat 9 cure succesive MOPP ªI ABUD precum si autotransplant de maduva, situatia pacientului fiind relativ stabila. Leziunile cutanate ulcerate de boala Hodgkin, diagnosticate histologic, constituie un prilej pentru autori de a trece in revista aceasta afectiune insolita.

Hodgkin's disease is interesting for the dermatologist for both the debut cutaneous lesions and the various shapes it can take in later stages.

We introduce the case study of a patient with Hodgkin's disease - stage IVBb, diagnosed as such in 1991, after two years of hesitations while he was treated with Colchicine for variable pruriginous cutaneous plaques with on-off evolution.

From the diagnose until July 1999 the patient followed nine succesive MOPP and ABUD treatments, as well as a self transplant of bone-marrow, and his situation was relatively stable. For the authors the Hodgkin's disease ulcerous skin lesions, hystologically diagnosed, make a perfect case study of this peculiar disease.
