Gh. Lupu" si 20 de cazuri HIV pozitivi din sectia SIDA a Institutului „I. Cantacuzino".

The high incidence of the sexual transmitted diseasses chaged as to evaluate the frequency of the patients with syphilis.

Material and Methods. 60 patients entered in our study: 40 patients with lues (with differrent evolutive stages) - which were admitted in the Dermatological Department of "N. Gh. Lupu" Hospital and 20 cases with HIV from "I. Cantacuzino" Institute were included in our study.

We checked the HIV 1 and 2 tess, HBs antigen and anti HVC antibodies.

The condilomathosis has been clinical checked for patients belonging to the Dermatological Department.

Results. The association lues - condilomathosis was proved to have the highest incidence in our study. There, after the incidence was ranked as follows: HIV, HBV, HCV.

Conclusions. According to the association between lues and different sexual transmitted diseases, we concluded to extend the clinical and biological investigations and to realise a virusological screening.
